Welcome to Skygate; an intelligent document processing platform designed and developed by Anomaly LLC-FZ in the United Arab Emirates. By using the Skygate application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). We encourage you to read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Skygate is built for recruiters and employers to improve their hiring qualitatively and quantitatively. Skygate offers Artificial-intelligence powered data parsing, structuring, editing, storing, and sharing of uploaded resumes. By centralizing, formatting, securing and accurately structuring previously unstructured data in minutes, Skygate offers recruiters and teams significant efficiency, productivity and privacy improvements. The app also offers functionality to export all data in CSV and JSON format to all subscription tiers which makes storage of unstructured and structured data optional for all users.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and process using the App, including ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and ownership of said content, and that they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Users are solely responsible for candidate consent. By using Skygate, Users declare ownership of content, which includes responsibility of consent and permission to upload, parse, process, structure, share and store resume and candidate data across all geographies and jurisdictions.
Anomaly LLC-FZ and Skygate do not claim ownership or responsibility for the content processed through the App, including it's nature, accuracy or legality.
Users must not upload any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Anomaly LLC-FZ and Skygate are committed to protecting user data and privacy. To this end, we employ industry-leading practices and technology to keep your data secure.
The App utilizes top-tier service providers for hosting, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), storage, processing, payment processing, distribution, and technology services.
While Skygate takes all reasonable measures to safeguard user data including Server-Side Encryption (SSE), Encrypted Storage and HTTPS, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Users acknowledge and accept these risks.

Skygate strives to maintain a secure and reliable platform, but we cannot guarantee the absolute integrity or availability of user data. Our services depend on third-party providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), for infrastructure and storage solutions. While we implement industry-standard measures to protect and preserve your data, there is always a risk of data loss, corruption, or unavailability due to unforeseen technical issues, service outages, or security breaches.
Users acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for data backup and integrity lies with them. We encourage users to regularly export and backup their data using the provided CSV and JSON export functionalities.
Anomaly LLC-FZ and Skygate shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unavailability of data due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to failures of third-party service providers, acts of nature, or unauthorized access.

The App securely integrates various third-party API's & services for data parsing, processing, and structuring.
Skygate is not responsible for any disruptions, outages, or errors caused by third-party services.
Anomaly LLC-FZ and Skygate do not use, review, share, volunteer, rent or sell any data. All data processed and stored via the Skygate platform is the exclusive property and responsibility of the User.
The App does not destroy user data once documents uploaded by the User enter its data processing pipeline. In the event of any processing disruptions or API outages, all documents, once the initial upload is completed, are secure and can be downloaded even if other components of the app are offline.

All intellectual property rights related to the App and its features remain the property of Anomaly LLC-FZ
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

Access to the App is provided on a subscription basis, with different tiers offering varying features and usage limits.
Specific details regarding subscription plans, pricing, and usage limits are provided separately and may be subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anomaly LLC-FZ and Skygate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the App.
Skygate's total liability for any claim, loss, or damage shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Skygate reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Skygate support.

Anomaly LLC-FZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the App. Continued use of the App after the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
